The Burnham Art Trail aims to boost and promote the visual arts to all
Many favourites are back this year including Open Studios.
Shops and businesses across the town are displaying work from artists and creatives making a broad spectrum of painting,
sculpture, ceramics, jewellery, photography, printmaking and textile art available to view.
The Museum hub will show four featured artists and will also have the ‘Taster Wall’ which gives an overview of all participating artists.
Additionally, there are unframed works to buy and Secret Postcards to bid for.
In total, forty artists, will be spread across thirty-two venues, including artists own studios.
This year local primary schools will exhibit a jubilee themed project at the URC church.
At Open Studios you can meet artists, see sketchbooks, work in progress, impromptu demonstrations and buy completed artwork.
As well as opening doors to their individual creative environments, some studio artists will also have examples of their work dotted
through the town. So, look out for their green dots, at smaller retailers, too.
For latest additions to our events, times and dates, check our website: https://www.burnhamarttrail.co.uk
The art trail guides will soon be available with a map showing the artists and their venues.
Plenty to look at and enjoy at this year’s Burnham Art Trail

Latchingdon’s Art’s and Drama group brings you Last of the Summer Wine
Come and join us as we bring to the stage the adaption of the timeless television series, ‘Last of The Summer Wine’.
You will see the loveable antics of the 3 older men come together again.
Foggy, ( Dan Tunbridge) Clegg, (Dominic Hall) and Compo (William Wright).
If you’re a fan of the series you will remember these marvellous characters – not the least the somewhat stern and resolute Nora Batty, the object of Compo’s affections.
Well she has a niece, Constance, and Foggy has come over all amorous and is keen to win her affections.
She has been the long time fiancée of the helpless Gifford Bewmont who is out and about this evening with every intention of catching a flasher.
Unfortunately Compo turns up unexpectedly and between him, Gifford and mistaken identities the madness unfolds.
Set in Clegg’s house,
Let’s find out:-
Who is getting married?
Who is the flasher?
