DAY RESPITE CENTRE IN BURNHAM-ON-CROUCH

Do you care for someone who is elderly, frail, or has dementia or a physical disability? 
Do you need a break once a week, for time to yourself?
Action for Family Carers run a day centre at Carnival Hall, Acacia Road, Burnham CM0 8EF from 10am to 3pm.
We are open on Thursdays.
A two course meal is cooked on the premises, and trained Care Assistants will look after your loved one while you get a much needed break.
We have lots of activities going on all day – games, crafts, quizzes, pool, to name a few.  We have day trips out and also have local entertainers visiting us regularly and we join in with singing and dancing.
We are very lucky to have a great team of volunteers who help us provide such a varied programme of events, and most importantly of all we have lots of fun and laughter!
